I am not here to judge you or tell you what you “should” feel. I listen calmly, ask the right questions, and help you see what is actually happening.
Shaped by lived experience
I don’t come here as someone who has life fully sorted. I come from my own experience of confusion and slowly finding better ways to deal with life.
