You speak freely, without trying to sound sorted. You can say things in your raw and unfiltered way, while I listen closely and take in the full story without interrupting you.

Manana

I ask questions, use my own lived experience, and a Bhagavad Gita-inspired lens to focus on what action can you take next. I will not dig into your past but only solve the situation in hand.

Upaaya

We end with one or two concrete steps you can actually try after the conversation. It could be a message to send, a conversation to prepare for, a small weekly plan, or one decision you have been avoiding.
