  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

2. Non-Refundable Items

2.1. Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Any course or service purchased outside of www.mahasvana.com.
  • Courses that have been completed beyond the specified completion percentage. [20%]
  • Promotional or discounted purchases, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

4.A – General Refund Processing Terms

4.1. Once your refund request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4.2. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

4.3. If your refund is rejected, we will provide you with a detailed explanation of the reasons for the rejection.

4.B – International Payments / Refund Terms.

You may request a refund within 3 days from the date of your purchase, and average TAT for refund is about 5-7 Days.
